Terms of Service

This draft sets the rules for using YouMe Hosting tools to manage live events, prompt screens, Mini sessions, and related support. Review it before publishing.

Designed for hosts and live events. Please keep your admin access secure.

Account and access

  • You must use an authorized account to access host tools and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the sessions, prompts, event names, notes, links, and other content you create or share through YouMe.
  • Mini players may need to verify a mobile number when transactional event texts are part of the live session flow.
  • Do not share admin access, bypass access controls, scrape the service, or use automated tools in a way that harms reliability or security.

Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws.
  • Only submit content you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to share.
  • Respect player privacy and do not collect unnecessary sensitive information from guests.
  • Do not use YouMe for spam, deceptive promotions, unlawful events, abuse, malware, or security testing without written permission.

Texts and consent

  • Required Mini game texts may include verification, game start, partner switch, and final call messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Players can reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for support.
  • Hosts may send only the built-in transactional texts provided by YouMe unless a player separately opts in to promotional messages.
  • Optional promotional texts, such as free Original codes or future offers, require a separate opt-in and must comply with applicable messaging laws.

Availability and changes

  • Services run on Firebase and may experience downtime or maintenance windows.
  • Features, limits, access methods, and pricing may change as the product improves.
  • We may suspend access if use creates risk, violates these terms, or may harm users or the service.
  • We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the latest version.

Disclaimers and liability

  • YouMe Hosting is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, YouMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
  • You agree to handle your own venue rules, guest permissions, event safety, and compliance obligations for events you host.
